负载对CFRP及CFRP与钢板复合加固R.C梁
抗弯性能的影响

摘 要: 对不同负载下7根外贴CFRP或CFRP与钢板复合加固钢筋混凝土梁进行抗弯试验,研究负载时CFRP或CFRP与钢板复合加固梁的抗弯性能及负载水平的影响。试验结果表明:粘贴CFRP加固梁极限承载力显著提高,但屈服荷载和屈服阶段前梁的刚度提高较小,且负载对承载力提高限值有较大的影响,负载越大,承载力提高限值越小;而粘贴CFRP与钢板复合加固梁承载力和刚度都显著提高,且破坏时具有较好的延性,复合加固梁承载力提高限值远远比单一材料加固的大,承载力限值可提高113.13%~147.23%;负载对加固梁承载力影响较小,可以忽略,但对加固梁结构的使用性能影响较大,所以,在实际加固工程中尽量要卸载。

Effect of different preloaded states on flexural behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP or CFRP-steel combined plates

Abstract:Seven R.C beams including three CFRP strengthened beams, three CFRP-steel plate composite strengthened beams, and one control beam were tested at different preloaded levels. The flexural behavior of the strengthened R.C beams and the effects of the different preloaded levels on flexural behavior were investigated. Both the experimental and analytical results indicate that ultimate load-carrying capacity of the CFRP-strengthened beams are enhanced evidently, but yield load and stiffness before main reinforcements yield are hardly enhanced, and the preloaded levels have an obvious effect on limit value of load-carrying capacity, the higher the preload level is, the smaller limit value of load- carrying capacity is; However the load carrying capacity and stiffness of all the composite strengthened beams are enhanced evidently and the damage has preferably ductility. The limit value of load-carrying capacity is more than that of beams with single material and reaches 113.13%-147.23%. The preload levels have a scarcely effect on load-carrying capacity of the all strengthened beams, but the preload levels have an obvious effect on the serviceability performance of the all strengthened beams. So before being strengthened, the preloaded should be unloaded in actual strengthening projects.
