CuZn(Cr,Zr)合金的热变形行为

摘 要: 制备了CuZn和CuZnCrZr两种合金,用Gleeble-1500测定它们在恒温和恒速下的稳态变形抗力,绘制成lnσ—lnε和lnσ—1/T关系曲线,从而确定合金的变形激活能Q和应力指数n,并观察了热变形组织。结果表明:在Cu13Zn合金中加入0.1%Zr和0.1%Cr,对合金的动态再结晶有强烈抑制作用,合金在650~820℃之间热变形为不完全动态再结晶组织,而Cu13Zn合金在750~820℃之间为完全动态再结晶组织。与此相对应,CuZn合金热变形激活能在650~700℃温度段为367 kJ/mol,在750~820 ℃温度段为252 kJ/mol;而CuZnZrCr合金始终保持为366 kJ/mol。

Hot deformation behavior of CuZn(Zr, Cr) alloys

Abstract:Cu13Zn and Cu13Zn0.1Zr0.1Cr alloys were prepared. The stable state deformation stresses of these alloys were studied by Gleeble-1500 at constant temperatures and constant strain speeds. The lnσ—lnε and lnσ—1/T curves were calculated, and the hot deformation microstructures were observed. The results showed that the dynamic recrystallization of Cu13Zn is restrained intensively with the additions of 0.1%Zr and 0.1%Cr. A partial dynamic recrystallization structure is remained for Cu13Zn0.1Zr0.1Cr alloy deformed at 650~820 ℃, whereas a completed recrystallization for Cu13Zn alloy at 750~820℃. Accordingly, the hot deformation activity energy is 367 kJ/mol at 650~700℃ and is 252 kJ/ mol at 750~820℃ for Cu13Zn alloy, and that is 366kJ/mol at 650~820 ℃ for Cu13Zn0. 1Zr0.1Cr alloy.
