热处理对Al-5.12Mg合金组织与性能的影响

摘 要: 采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)测试、杯突试验等方法,研究退火热处理对Al-5.12Mg合金冷轧带材组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明:带材在250~450 ℃范围退火1 h,300 ℃时发生回复,保留纤维组织的同时形成部分细小的再结晶晶粒,存在强烈的冷轧织构;350 ℃时发生不完全再结晶,冷轧织构取向密度降低,并出现较多Goss织构,综合性能最佳,其抗拉强度、断后伸长率(δ)、应变硬化指数(n)和杯突值(IE)分别为344.8 MPa,19.8%,0.27和7.10 mm。在350 ℃下延长保温时间,带材发生完全再结晶,形成的以Cube织构为主的再结晶织构对晶粒长大有阻碍作用,保温3 h时平均晶粒尺寸最小,为5.88 μm;随退火时间增加,带材强度先降低后保持不变,δ总体上先增大后减小,n增大至0.35后保持稳定,IE稍有下降。经退火处理的Al-5.12Mg合金带材的深冲成形性能、力学性能和氧化着色性能,均可满足金属钮扣生产和使用要求。

Effects of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of Al-5.12Mg alloy

Abstract:The effects of annealing heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of cold-rolled Al-5.12Mg alloy strip were investigated by means of electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD), cupping test and so on. The results show that annealed at 250-450 ℃ for 1 h, the Al-5.12Mg alloy strip recovers at 300 ℃. The strip in the state of recovery still retains the fibrous structure with a few fine recrystallized grains, and has strong cold-rolled texture. The strip is not fully recrystallized when annealed at 350 ℃ for 1 h, and the orientation density of cold-rolled texture reduces and Goss textures are formed at the same time. The strip has the best overall performance in this state, with the tensile strength of 344.8 MPa, the elongation after breaking of 19.8%, the strain hardening exponent(n) of 0.27, and the erichsen value(IE) of 7.10 mm. With the increase of the annealing time at 350 ℃, the strip recrystallizes completely and forms a recrystallized texture based on the Cube texture. The recrystallized texture has an inhibitory effect on the grain growth. The average recrystallized grain size of the strip is the smallest at 5.88 μm when annealed at 350 ℃ for 3 h. As the annealing time increases, the strip''''s strength reduces firstly and then remains unchanged; the elongation after breaking generally increases at first and then decreases; the n increases to 0.35 and remains stable, and the IE decreases slightly. The annealed Al-5.12Mg alloy strip which has good deep-drawing formability, mechanical properties and oxidation coloring properties can meet the production and use requirements of metal buttons.
