一种试验与仿真联合的阻尼车轮降噪效果评价方法

摘 要: 提出一种实验室测试和数值仿真结合的阻尼车轮降噪效果评价方法。以低噪声技术中的约束阻尼车轮为例,建立车轮全有限元模型,利用实验室测试获取的车轮振动频响结果和有限元模型仿真结果进行对比验证模型有效性,通过参数识别方法获取车轮模态参数,并将模态阻尼比应用于预测模型分析线路运行条件下的轮轨噪声降噪量,结合实验室测试的车轮降噪量来综合评价阻尼车轮减振降噪性能。研究结果表明:线路运行仿真预测结果与实际线路运行轮轨噪声降噪效果相符,说明所提出的方法合理且能满足现场评价分析应用需求。

Evaluation of noise reduction effect of damped wheels based on laboratory test and simulation

Abstract:In order to evaluate the noise reduction effect of the damped wheels on field operation, a method which combined testing and simulation was proposed. Taking damped wheels in low noise technology as an example, the vibration frequency response of the wheels from laboratory test with model simulation was contrasted to prove the model validity. The wheel modal parameters were identified by the method of parameter identification, and the modal damping ratio was applied to the prediction model to analyze the noise reduction of wheel and rail. The vibration damping and noise reduction performance of the damped wheels based on laboratory test was comprehensively evaluated. The results show that the predicted results are in agreement with those in actual line operation. The method is reasonable and can meet the demand of field evaluation, analysis and application.
