考虑安全的城市轨道交通三级客流控制模型

摘 要: 针对城市轨道交通高峰期车站内聚集大量乘客而导致的安全问题和运营管理不便的问题,对单线多站和车站内部建立客流控制模型,为高峰期实施客流控制提供理论依据。首先,依据车站内部的三级控制策略和单线多站协调客流控制影响因素,对乘客的乘车过程进行动态建模;然后,建立以乘客等待时间最小为目标函数的客流控制模型,根据计算精度选取单位计算时间 ,将时间进行离散化,运用CPLEX求解器进行求解;最后,通过算例进行验证。研究结果表明:此模型能在高峰期通过控制线路各站及车站内各区域的客流人数,在均衡线路车站等待客流的基础上,将各车站等待乘客压力分至其各区域,避免站内乘客过度拥挤,从而保证车站的安全与运营管理的正常进行。

Three-level passenger flow control model for urban rail transit in consideration of safety

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of safety and operation management caused by a large number of passengers in the stations of the urban rail transit during the peak period, a passenger flow control model was established for a single line and multiple stations and inside the stations, which provided a theoretical basis for the implementation of passenger flow control during the peak period. Firstly, according to the three-level control strategy inside the station and the influencing factors of the passenger flow control coordinated by a single line and multiple stations, the dynamic modeling of passenger boarding process was carried out. Then, the passenger flow control model with the minimum passenger waiting time as the objective function was established. The unit of the calculation time was selected according to the calculation accuracy. The time was discretized and the model was solved with the CPLEX solver. Finally it was validated by a small-scale case. The results show that this model can control the number of passengers in each station of the line and each region of the station in the peak period, and distrute the pressure of waiting passengers waiting inside the stations to each region of the stations on the basis of balancing the waiting passenger flow in stations of the line, so as to avoid overcrowding inside the stations and ensure the normal operation and management of the stations.
