带可更换阻尼器的波形钢板剪力墙抗震性能试验研究

摘 要: 为研究一种带有可更换阻尼器的波形钢板剪力墙的抗震性能,对2种波形软钢阻尼器以及带有阻尼器的波形钢板剪力墙进行低周往复加载试验,分析阻尼器以及带有阻尼器剪力墙的力学特性,并采用ABAQUS有限元软件对试验进行模拟。研究结果表明:水平波形阻尼器具有良好的变形和耗能能力,竖向波形阻尼器具有较大的初始刚度和较高的承载力。带有阻尼器的波形钢板剪力墙具有较好的初始刚度和承载能力,更换阻尼器时剪力墙处于弹塑性阶段,阻尼器发生明显的面外变形,内嵌波形钢板脚部存在微小变形,阻尼器可以有效地保护剪力墙。更换阻尼器后的波形钢板剪力墙承载力有较小下降,滞回曲线饱满,具有良好的耗能能力和延性,刚度退化缓慢。有限元模拟结果与试验结果吻合度较高。

Experimental study of seismic performance of corrugated steel plate shear wall with replaceable damper

Abstract:In order to study the seismic performance of a corrugated steel plate shear wall with replaceable damper, the quasi-static cyclic tests were carried out on two corrugated mild steel dampers and the corrugated steel shear wall with damper, and the mechanical properties of the damper and the shear wall were analyzed, and the test was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software. The results show that the horizontal corrugated damper has good deformation and energy dissipation capacity, and the vertical corrugated damper has large initial stiffness and high bearing capacity. The corrugated steel plate shear wall with damper has good initial stiffness and bearing capacity. When the damper is replaced, the shear wall is in the elastoplastic stage, the damper has obvious out-of-plane deformation, and the embedded corrugated steel plate foot has slight deformation, the damper can effectively protect the shear wall. After replacing the damper, the bearing capacity of the corrugated steel plate shear wall has a slight decrease, the hysteresis curve is full, and it has good energy dissipation and ductility, and the stiffness deteriorates slowly. The finite element software simulation test results are in good agreement with those of the test.
