高浓度粗骨料充填料浆抗离析特性及其数学模型

摘 要: 为研究高浓度粗骨料充填料浆的抗离析特性,对初始与临界离析状态下的粗骨料进行受力分析,提出抗离析特性决定系数。为检验该系数,以废棒比、砂灰比和料浆质量分数为影响因素,采用泌水率测试实验和料浆流变特性实验进行验证,并对实验结果拟合。基于决定系数,构建抗离析特性数学模型,采用图像法对模型预测结果进行检验。研究结果表明:决定系数与泌水率呈明显的线性关系,判定料浆离析分界点的决定系数为1,对应泌水率为10%,决定系数大于1或泌水率小于10%时料浆具备良好的抗离析特性。模型误差率基本不超过5%,满足精度要求。充填体截面骨料分布特征与模型预测抗离析结果吻合良好,模型可合理指导制备矿山充填料浆。

Anti-segregation property and its mathematical model of high concentration filling slurry with coarse aggregate

Abstract:To study the anti-segregation property of high concentration filling slurry with coarse aggregate, the force analysis of coarse aggregate under initial and critical segregation conditions was carried out, and the coefficient of determination for anti-segregation property was proposed. To verify this coefficient, the bleeding rate test experiment and slurry rheological property experiment were carried out with the three factors, i.e. waste bar ratio, sand-cement ratio and slurry mass fraction, and fitting analysis of the results was conducted. Based on the coefficient of determination, a mathematical model of anti-segregation property was constructed. The predicted results of the model were verified by the image method. The results show that there is a clear linear relationship between the coefficient and the bleeding rate. The coefficient of determination slurry for segregation boundary point is 1, and the corresponding bleeding rate is 10%; when the coefficient of determination is more than 1 or bleeding rate is less than 10%, the slurry has good anti-segregation property. The error rate of the model is less than 5%, which meets the accuracy requirement. Distribution characteristics of aggregate in the filling section are in good agreement with the predicted anti-segregation results of the model, which can reasonably guide the preparation of filling slurry.
