超细Bi2Mn4O10粉体的制备及其表征

摘 要: 以次碳酸铋(BiO)2CO3?5H2O和碳酸锰MnCO3为原料,无水乙醇为研磨介质,采用球磨-煅烧法制备环境友好型Bi2Mn4O10近红外反射涂层用材料。采用X线衍射、扫描电镜、激光粒度仪以及近红外分析仪对Bi2Mn4O10的理化性能和近红外反射性能分别进行表征,考察前驱体不同煅烧温度对煅烧产物物化性能的影响。研究结果表明:通过湿法球磨可以获得混合均匀的次碳酸铋和碳酸锰机械混合前驱体;前驱体的最佳煅烧温度为650 ℃,所得到的Bi2Mn4O10形貌呈类球形或多面体,中位粒径D50=2.449 nm。在波长γ为1 000 nm的近红外反射率可达50%以上,2 000~2 500 nm高波段反射率则高达60%以上。

Preparation and characterization of ultrafine Bi2Mn4O10 powders

Abstract:Environmentally benign near-infrared reflective coating materials Bi2Mn4O10 was prepared by ball-milling and calcination method using (BiO)2CO3?5H2O and MnCO3 as raw materials and absolute alcohol as grinding media. Physicochemical properties and the near-infrared reflection performance of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, laser particle size analyzer and the near infrared spectrum absorption-reflection spectroscopy, respectively. The effects of calcination temperature on the morphology and phase of the calcined product were investigated. The results show that the mechanical mixture between (BiO)2CO3?5H2O and MnCO3 can be achieved by wet ball milling. The optimum calcination temperature of precursors is 650 ℃. The resultant Bi2Mn4O10 displays spherical or cubic morphology with medium diameter D50 of 2.449 nm and good near-infrared reflection performance. The reflectivity of Bi2Mn4O10 samples at 1 000 nm for the near-infrared radiation of wavelength is above 50% and above 60% when at 2 000-2 500 nm.
