一种新型硬化波纹滤料的研制及其滤尘性能测定

摘 要: 基于袋式除尘器运行过程中具有容易黏袋、滤料使用寿命短等缺点,从基础原料选用和滤料加工处理方式等方面出发,对涤纶针刺毡滤料进行优化,研制一种采用特殊滤料加工工艺和表面处理技术的新型高效硬化波纹滤料。对该滤料结构进行电镜微观分析,对滤料性能指标进行试验研究。研究结果表明:该滤料的表面有细密的微孔,孔隙的直径与呼吸性粉尘的粒径非常接近,且孔隙率达到80%以上,能起到透气、防水憎水的作用。同时该滤料强度高,运行阻力小,使用寿命长,对微细粉尘的过滤效率高,对其总粉尘的过滤效率达到99.7%,对2 μm呼吸性粉尘的过滤效率达到91.8%。硬化波纹滤料的过滤效率均高于覆膜滤料和针刺毡滤料,在工业生产系统中具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Study and filtration performance determination of a new type of hardening corrugated filter media

Abstract:Given that bag dust filter was easy to stick bag, and the service life of filter media was short in the process of its operation, the polyester needle felt filter material was optimized and a new efficient hardening corrugated filter was researched with special material processing technology and surface treatment technology in aspects of basic raw material selection and filter processing methods etc. The electron microscopic analysis of the filter structure, and the performance of the filter material were studied. The results show that the surface of the filter material has the fine pores. And pore diameter and dust particle size are very close. The porosity is above 80%. It has the effect of waterproof breathable, and hydrophobic. And also the filter material has the advantages of high intensity, small resistance and long service life, high filtration efficiency of fine dust, the filtration efficiency of full dust can reach 99.7% and the filtration efficiency of 2 μm respirable dust can reach 91.8%. Filtration efficiency of the hardening corrugated filter material is higher than coated filter material and needled felt filter material, and it has widespread application prospect in industrial production system.
