微燃烧涡轮发动机微燃烧室催化氢燃烧模拟分析

摘 要: 为揭示微燃烧室催化氢燃烧机理,根据质量守恒、动量守恒、组分守恒和能量守恒的基本规律建立微燃烧涡轮发动机微燃烧室催化氢燃烧数学模型,并耦合表面催化详细化学反应机理对不同过量空气系数n下微燃烧涡轮发动机微燃烧室燃烧进行模拟与分析。研究结果表明:混合气体在微燃烧室的入口角度和入口速度对微燃烧室出口烟气温度无明显影响;当n<1.0时,出口烟气温度升高,燃烧室压强增加;当n≈1.0时,出口烟气温度最高,燃烧室压强达最大值;当n>1.0时,出口烟气温度降低,燃烧室压强减小;当n<1.0时,n的增加对水蒸气质量分数增加影响较大;当1.0≤n≤2.9时,n增加会导致氧气质量分数和氮气质量分数均呈递增趋势,而水蒸气质量分数却呈递减趋势;当2.9<n≤4.3时,n对氧气、氮气和水蒸气的质量分数影响不大。

Simulation and analysis on catalytic combustion of hydrogen inside micro-chamber in micro-turbine engine

Abstract:In order to reveal the mechanism of the catalytic combustion of hydrogen inside micro-chamber, a mathematical model of the catalytic combustion about hydrogen inside micro-chamber in the micro-turbine engine was established based on the basic laws of the mass conservation such as momentum conservation, component conservation and energy conservation. By using the surface catalytic chemical reaction mechanism embedding into the hydrogen catalytic combustion model, the catalytic combustion process of hydrogen inside micro-chamber was simulated and analyzed at different excess air coefficients. The results show that when the mixed gas is imported into the micro-chamber, inlet angle and inlet velocity of the micro-chamber have no significant effect on exhausted gas temperature. When n<1.0, the temperature of exhaust gas in outlet will increase with the increase of n and the pressure of micro-chamber will also increase. When n≈1.0, there is the maximum temperature of exhaust gas in outlet and the minimum pressure in micro-chamber. When n>1.0, with the increase of n, the temperature of exhaust gas in outlet will decrease and the pressure in chamber will also decrease. When n<1.0, there is greater impact on the increase of steam quality ingredients with the increase of n. When 1.0≤n≤2.9, oxygen quality ingredients and nitrogen quality ingredients show an increasing trend with the increase of n, but the steam quality ingredients show a decreasing trend. When 2.9<n≤4.3, n has no significant effect on oxygen quality ingredients, nitrogen quality ingredients and steam quality ingredients.
