盾构隧道先隧后井施工中工作井支护结构优化

摘 要: 以广州西江引水工程盾构接收井为背景,借助大型有限元(FEM)软件,采用3因素3水平正交试验法进行多因素系统分析。探讨环梁层数、围护结构嵌固深度及环梁厚度对盾构管片张开量与工程造价的影响规律,对拟用支护方案进行优化,提出适用于盾构隧道先隧后井施工中工作井基坑的合理支护方案。基于双面弹性地基梁理论,提出先隧后井施工中管片张开量的理论计算方法,且验证正交试验模型的合理性。研究结果表明:以经验类比法确定的支护方案比传统的基坑设计方案更科学合理。

Supporting optimization of working well in shield construction with tunnel followed by well excavation

Abstract:Three-factor at three-level orthogonal array experimental method was used to conduct multifactor system analysis with finite element method (FEM) program based on the Xijiang River Water Diversion Project in Guangzhou. The influential laws of segment opening and material cost caused by the number of ring beam, the embedded depth of diaphragm wall and the thickness of ring beam were explored as well as the reasonable supporting system was proposed for shield construction when tunnels followed by well excavation. A theoretical calculation method for segment opening was raised based on double-sided elastic foundation beam, which proved the rationality of the orthogonal model. The results show that the reasonable supporting system is more scientific and reasonable than that determined by traditional experience analogy method.
