生物质炭强化高质量分数褐铁矿烧结研究

摘 要: 通过烧结杯试验研究生物质炭替代部分焦粉对高质量分数褐铁矿烧结的影响。研究结果表明:在褐铁矿质量分数为50%时,烧结利用系数、成品率等指标与未配加褐铁矿时相比明显降低,提高焦粉质量分数可改善烧结指标,但会增加烟气中NOx和SOx的排放量;用生物质炭等热量替代质量分数为20%~40%的焦粉时,料层最高温度提高,烧结矿微观结构改善,烧结转鼓强度、利用系数等指标提高,同时,有害气体NOx和SOx的排放量明显降低。

Effect of biomass fuel on sintering of high mass fraction limonite

Abstract:Sintering pot tests were conducted to study the effect of biomass fuel on the sintering with high mass fraction of limonite. The results show that when the mass ratio of limonite for sintering is 50%, sintering indexes like productivity, yield, etc. are deceased obviously, which can be improved through increasing the mass ratio of coke breeze. However, the discharge of NOx and SOx is increased at the same time. After replacing 20%-40% of coke breeze with biomass fuel in mass ratio, the highest temperature of sintering bed is increased, and more adhesive phase of high strength appears to improve the microstructure of sinter, which makes sintering indexes including tumbler index and productivity improve. Meanwhile, the emissions of harmful gases NOx and SOx are reduced remarkably.
