基于PIV技术的细观矿堆溶液渗流场无扰动测试

摘 要: 建立由理想颗粒和真实矿石构成的细观矿堆物理模型,通过分散式布液结构,开展多种喷淋强度条件下细观矿堆的溶液渗流实验,采用粒子成像测速(PIV)技术无扰动地实测矿石颗粒间溶液渗流场。通过测试获取溶液质点瞬时位移图像,应用互相关算法处理,得到细观矿堆内溶液流速矢量分布情况。研究结果表明:细观矿堆溶液渗流场分布具有明显的不均匀性,受孔隙结构影响矿堆内存在优先渗流通道;不同喷淋强度下细观矿堆溶液渗流场分布趋势相似,溶液最大流速随喷淋强度增大而增大;矿堆孔隙结构及矿石颗粒特征是影响渗流场内溶液流速分布的主要因素。

Undisturbed test on mesoscopic solution seepage field inore heap based on PIV

Abstract:The mesoscopic physical models of ore heap by the ideal particles and ore particles were established. Through a novel liquid distribution structure, the mesoscopic solution seepage experiment of ore heap under the various spray intensity was carried out, and particle image velocimetry (PIV) was used to test the inter particle solution seepage field. The instantaneous displacement images of tracer particles were obtained, the images were processed by cross-correlation algorithms, and the velocity vector distribution of solution in mesoscopic ore heap was obtained. The result shows that the distribution of meso-seepage field of ore heap is characterized by heterogeneity, and pore structure caused by the preferential flow path appears. The velocity distribution under different spray intensities is similar, and there is a positive correlation between the maximum velocity of seepage field and the intensity of spray. The pore structure of ore heap and characteristics of ore particle are the Key factors that influence the velocity distribution of seepage field.
